Michele has a background in Corporate Management and Grief Recovery. A vision for the Aaron's Society led to four years of schooling, earning her Certification as Advanced Trauma Practitioner and Graduate Certification at the Master's level in Complex Trauma. She founded the Aaron's Society in 2019.

SHARON MARTIN
Sharon has a long standing background in Administration with the City of Langford. She met Michele in 2016 and was immediately onboard for her vision. They reconnected in 2019 and Sharon is the first to embark on the courses for Level 1 Trauma Practitioner. Her dedication, commitment and enthusiasm are unparalleled.

Although Rob is not a formal Director on the Board, he certainly is an honorary one. He has attended every meeting and taken on tasks as if he was simply part of the team. Aaron's Society is the recipient of his sense of commitment and dedicated support. Functioning without him would have been impossible.

LIANA PALMER-LEBLANC
Tyler's background as a Chaplain speaks volumes of his love and long standing commitment to those in need and suffering. His skills and insight cannot be overstated. The Aaron's Society continues to benefit from his expertise, wisdom and the many areas he is willing to accommodate.
Liana brings a deep sense of commitment to the healing of trauma survivors. She is self employed as an Instructor and Registered Massage Therapist. She met Michele in 2021 and embarked on becoming trauma informed including training for facilitating groups on the lower mainland. We all benefit from her entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic and sense of commitment.
